Read your post on David Gilmour, certainly one of my all time heroes (though I can't think of any others at the moment). From there, I went on to pinkfloyd.co.uk, and started listening to the main track on the "Echoes" album. The image that immediately came up to me was that of the uprising of the Warsaw ghetto. I would not have been able to relate both "items" to each other, had it not been for a few cells at the back of my head which seemed remember - after more than 30 years - that I had listened to "Echoes" again and again while reading Martin Gray's book about his life in the ghetto ("Au nom de tous les miens").
